At Sara O Jewellery, we strive to process orders quickly. Cancellation of an order is possible under the conditions outlined below, in accordance with UK consumer law.

1)   When can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

·      Please note: If your order has already been dispatched, you can still cancel. You will need to return the goods to us once received. Return costs will apply. However, personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for cancellation.

2) When can a cancellation request be refused?

We may refuse your cancellation request if:

·      The request is made more than 24 hours after placing the order;

·      The order has already been processed, packed, or dispatched;

·      In some cases, orders may enter the processing stage immediately after placement, making cancellation within 24 hours impossible.

3) How do I request a cancellation?

To cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible:

  • The email address used to place the order

This ensures faster processing of your request.

 

4) If cancellation is no longer possible

  • If your order has already been shipped, you can use our Returns & Refund Policy after receiving the goods.
  • Return costs will apply as stated in that policy.

5) Refunds after cancellation

If your cancellation is accepted:

  • We will refund the amount paid via the original payment method;
  • Refund processing may take a few business days depending on your bank or payment provider;
  • Shipping charges are refundable only if your statutory cancellation right applies.
