At Sara O Jewellery, we aim to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Below you will find detailed information about our order processing times, delivery timeframes, and total shipping duration.

1) Processing Time

Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully confirmed, we require 1–5 working days to process your order.

This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for dispatch.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2) Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 6–9 working days, depending on the courier service and your location within the United Kingdom.

3) Total Shipping Time

The total estimated time from placing your order to delivery is:

14 working days
(1–5 working days processing + 6-9 working days delivery)

4) Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Where available, a tracking number will also be provided so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

5) Delays

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • High demand or busy courier services
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs procedures (if applicable)

If your order has not arrived within 12 working days, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier. 

6) Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure that all delivery details are correct at the time of placing your order.

Sara O Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to the recipient being unavailable
  • Failure to collect the parcel from a designated collection point (if applicable)
