2) Currency

  • All payments are processed in GBP (£).
  • Any exchange rate fees, transaction fees, or bank charges are the customer’s responsibility.

 

3) When will your payment be debited?

  • Card payments (Visa/MasterCard/Amex): Usually immediate or shortly after authorization.
  • Other payment methods (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.): Usually confirmed immediately.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email only after successful payment.

4) Security

  • Payments are processed via secure payment providers using encrypted connections (SSL).
  • Sara O Jewellery does not store full card details, in line with UK PCI DSS requirements.

 

5) Failed or Rejected Payments

If your payment fails, please try:

  • Check your card balance or limit
  • Use another payment method
  • Verify with your bank if the transaction is blocked (fraud prevention)
  • Retry after some time

    • Refunds are made via the same payment method used, where possible

7) Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

  • If you have payment issues, contact us first so we can resolve them promptly.
  • Unjustified chargebacks may lead to investigation or temporary suspension of payments, in line with UK law and payment provider rules.
