Return & Refund Policy

 

At Sara O Jewellery, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, please read the following

1) Return Period

You can return a product within 30 calendar days of receipt, provided the product is:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging

Note: Returns outside of this period may not be accepted, unless the item is faulty.

2) Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty .

Returns must be made using a tracked shipping method.

3) Return Label

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. We do not provide a return label as standard.

4) Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us with in 5 days. Please include your order number and photos of the item.

5) Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact our support team within 5 days:

Include your order number and photos as proof.

6) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different variant, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.

7) Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the amount via the original payment method.

Refunds typically take up to 5 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider. It may take longer before the amount is visible in your account.

8) Return Address

Always contact our customer service first (info@saraojwellery.co.uk) to obtain the correct return address.

Returns sent to any other address will not be eligible for a refund.

9) Proof of Return

Customers are advised to keep proof of return, including:

  • Track & Trace number
  • Photos of the returned product and packaging

This may be required to ensure correct processing.

10) Exceptions & Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Products showing clear signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us
  • Returns sent after 30 calendar days from delivery

11) Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift vouchers / gift cards
  • "Custom-made" means items specifically made to your requirements (e.g., engraved name, specific size not in our standard range). Items that are simply sized (like ring sizes) are not automatically exempt.
