At Sara O Jewellery, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read below to understand how returns and refunds work.
1) Return Window
You may return a product provided it is sent back within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including its original packaging.
2) Return Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent using a delivery method that includes tracking.
3) How to Return
Always contact us first before sending anything back. We will provide you with the correct return address. Returns sent to any other address will be considered invalid and will not be eligible for a refund.

4) Damaged or Faulty Item
Received a damaged or faulty product? Please contact us within 5 working days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging as proof. We will assess your case and advise on the appropriate solution.
5) Wrong Item Received
If you have received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item received. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
6) Exchanges
Sara O Jewellery does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you are welcome to place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.
7) Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8) Proof of Return
We strongly advise all customers to keep proof of their return, including the tracking number and a photo of the item and packaging. This may be requested to ensure correct processing.
9) Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, personalised or custom made products and opened personal care or hygiene products.
10) Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be granted in cases where items show signs of use, are not in their original condition, are missing parts or are returned after the 30 day window.
