1) Processing Time
After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we require 1 to 5 working days to process your order. This includes order verification, quality check, packaging and preparation for dispatch.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2) Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 9 working days, depending on your location and delivery service.
3) Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.
4) Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number so you can follow your order at any time.
5) Delays
While we always aim to meet the above timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand with courier services, extreme weather conditions, public holidays or customs checks where applicable. If your order has not arrived after 9 working days in transit, please contact us and we will look into it right away.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Sara O Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
